All-in-one marketing platforms, compared on what they actually cost
Disclosure: some links on this page are affiliate links. If you buy through one we earn a commission, at no additional cost to you. Commission is excluded from the Product Score. Full disclosure.
A four-tool stack costs $246 a month at list price. Six all-in-one platforms cover the same jobs for $0 to $499. Prices read from each vendor's own pricing page on 31 August 2026.

Pricing verified Aug 31, 2026 — Plan names and prices were read by hand from systeme.io/pricing, getresponse.com/pricing, kartra.com/pricing, clickfunnels.com/pricing, gohighlevel.com/pricing, kajabi.com/pricing, leadpages.com/pricing, teachable.com/pricing and circle.so/pricing on 31 August 2026. They are reported figures, not captures from our marketplace collectors. GetResponse prices by list-size bracket rather than a fixed plan price; HighLevel metered SMS, email and AI usage charges are not published and are marked unpriced rather than estimated.
Disclosure of bias, up front: we hold affiliate relationships with two of the six platforms on this page — Systeme.io and GetResponse — and we earn nothing from Kartra, ClickFunnels, HighLevel or Kajabi. Systeme.io pays 60% of subscription revenue for as long as the customer stays. That is the largest recurring commission in this category. Because Systeme.io pays us if you subscribe, we apply a higher evidence bar to claims that favour it. Prices below were read by hand from each company's own pricing page on 31 August 2026, and every price links to the page we read it from.
The actual problem: you are paying for four tools that half-overlap
Nobody searches for an all-in-one marketing platform because they want more features. They search for it because they are paying four or five separate bills and each tool knows nothing about the others.
Here is what a normal solo stack costs at list price, read from each vendor's pricing page on 31 August 2026:
| Job | Tool | List price |
|---|---|---|
| Landing pages and funnels | Leadpages Grow | $99/mo |
| Email marketing | GetResponse, 1,000 subscribers | $19/mo |
| Course hosting | Teachable Starter | $39/mo |
| Community | Circle, entry plan | $89/mo |
| Total | $246/mo |
That is $2,952 a year before a single automation connects one tool to the next, and before the automation tool itself. The consolidation case is not that an all-in-one is better at any one of those four jobs. It is that all four jobs together, on one platform, cost between $0 and $179 a month.
If you are consolidating four separate tools, the right platform depends on which job you refuse to compromise on: price, email, funnel quality, agency management, or course experience. The rest of this page prices that trade-off.
What the six platforms actually cost
Monthly list prices, read from each vendor's own pricing page on 31 August 2026. Annual prices in brackets where the vendor publishes them.
| Platform | Entry paid plan | Mid | Top | Free plan |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Systeme.io | Startup $17 | Webinar $47 | Unlimited $97 | Yes — permanent |
| GetResponse | from $19 (1,000 subscribers) | scales by list size | Enterprise, quoted | Yes — limited |
| Kartra | Essentials $59 ($52) | Starter $119 ($99), Growth $229 ($189) | Professional $549 ($429) | No |
| ClickFunnels | Launch $97 ($81) | Scale $197 ($164) | Optimize $297 ($248) | No |
| HighLevel | Starter $97 | Unlimited $297 | Pro $497 | No |
| Kajabi | Basic $179 ($143) | Growth $249 ($199) | Pro $499 ($399) | No |
Two figures worth staring at. Systeme.io's free plan carries 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course and unlimited email sending, permanently, without a card. And the spread at the top and bottom of the all-in-one range. Kajabi's Basic plan, at $179/mo, does all four jobs for $67/mo less than the $246 stack — a real but modest saving. Systeme.io's Unlimited plan, at $97/mo, does all four jobs for less than the $99 Leadpages line costs on its own.
Where Systeme.io wins, and where it plainly does not
It wins on one axis and it is the axis most people in this search actually care about: price, and the fact that the free tier is a real product rather than a trial. Unlimited at $97/month carries unlimited contacts — the same money as ClickFunnels' entry plan and HighLevel's entry plan, both of which cap something.
It loses on polish. The page builder is functional rather than pleasant, the template design feels dated next to Kartra and Kajabi (our editorial read, not a tested claim), and the analytics are thin next to Kartra's. It loses on ecosystem: fewer native integrations, a smaller agency and consultant pool, fewer people who already know the tool. And it is not built for agencies managing many client accounts — that is HighLevel's job and HighLevel is much better at it.
If your objection to your current stack is "this is ugly and I want it to look expensive", Systeme.io will not fix that. If your objection is "$246 a month for four tools that barely talk", it will.
Who should pick what
Pick Systeme.io if you are a solo operator or small team, price is the binding constraint, and you want to test the whole idea before paying anything. Start free, move to Startup at $17 when you cross 2,000 contacts.
Pick GetResponse if email is the actual centre of your business and the funnel and course features are secondary. The product is positioned around email marketing and automation first, with funnels, webinars and courses built out around that core; we have not benchmarked its deliverability.
Pick Kartra if you want the broadest feature set among the six compared here — funnels, email, courses, helpdesk, membership and affiliate management in one — and $59 to $119 a month is comfortable. Note that Essentials, the cheapest tier, is the one that carries a transaction fee.
Pick ClickFunnels if the funnel and the checkout are where your money is made and you want a tool built specifically around funnel construction and checkout optimisation. You are paying $97 a month for funnel quality, not for breadth.
Pick HighLevel if you manage marketing for clients. Nothing else here lets you resell the whole platform under your own brand. Budget above the sticker: SMS, voice, email and AI usage are billed separately on top of the plan.
Pick Kajabi if you sell courses to a premium audience and the student experience is the product. It is the most expensive option here by a distance, and for a course business at scale that can still be the right call.
What we could not verify
GetResponse publishes its prices in per-list-size brackets rather than as fixed plan prices, so the "from $19" figure is the entry bracket for 1,000 subscribers, not a plan price you should expect to keep as your list grows. HighLevel's usage-based charges for SMS, email and AI are not itemised on the public pricing page and we have not priced them. Kartra restructured its tiers recently and older comparisons still quote a $99 Starter; the figures above are what kartra.com/pricing showed on 31 August 2026.

Questions
What is the cheapest all-in-one marketing platform?
Systeme.io. Its free plan is permanent and carries 2,000 contacts, 3 sales funnels, 1 online course and unlimited email sending with no card required, and the first paid tier is $17/month. The next cheapest paid entry point is Kartra Essentials at $59/month. Prices read from each vendor's own pricing page on 31 August 2026.
How much does an all-in-one platform save versus separate tools?
A common separate stack at list price is Leadpages Grow $99/mo for pages, GetResponse $19/mo for email at 1,000 subscribers, Teachable Starter $39/mo for courses and Circle at $89/mo for community — $246/month. All-in-one entry tiers covering the same four jobs run from $0 to $179/month. The saving is real, but you trade depth in each individual tool for it.
Systeme.io vs Kartra — which should I choose?
Kartra is the more complete and more polished product, with helpdesk, affiliate management and deeper analytics, at $59 to $549/month. Systeme.io covers the same core jobs for $0 to $97/month with a weaker builder and a smaller ecosystem. If budget is the binding constraint, Systeme.io. If you want the tool to be the last one you switch to, Kartra.
Is Kajabi worth $179 a month?
Only if courses are your business rather than one of several products. Kajabi Basic is $179/month ($143 annual), Growth $249 and Pro $499 as listed on kajabi.com/pricing on 31 August 2026 — more than the whole four-tool separate stack costs for pages alone. What you buy is the best course and student experience in this group. If courses are a side product, that money is badly spent.
Which all-in-one platform is best for agencies?
HighLevel. It is the only platform here built for reselling the stack under your own brand to clients — Unlimited at $297/month covers unlimited sub-accounts and Pro at $497/month adds SaaS mode. The caveat is cost transparency: SMS, voice, email and AI usage are billed on top of the plan and are not itemised on the public pricing page.
Does Systeme.io have a genuinely free plan?
Yes. systeme.io/pricing on 31 August 2026 states the free plan supports 2,000 contacts, 3 sales funnels, 1 blog, 1 course, 1 affiliate program and 1 custom domain, with unlimited emails and file storage, never expires and requires no credit card. It is the only permanent free tier among the six platforms compared here apart from GetResponse's limited free plan.
