What actually forces the upgrade
Contacts. Every paid tier is defined first by a contact ceiling, and the feature differences follow behind it. If your list is under 2,000 people, the free plan is not a cut-down version of the product — it is the product, with a smaller list.
The two limits most likely to push a new seller off the free plan before 2,000 contacts are the 3-funnel cap and the 1-course cap. A single offer with a lead magnet, a sales page and an order bump can consume those three funnels quickly.
Where the honest limits are
- Automated webinars are gated to the $47 tier. If webinars are your selling mechanism, the $17 plan is not the plan.
- Sub-accounts and the migration service are only on the $97 tier, which is the tier aimed at people managing more than their own business.
- White-label and reseller arrangements are not published as a price; the pricing page directs you to contact the company.
